Weinbrenner Shoe Company is Hiring a Human Resource Coordinator Near Merrill, WI

Due to recent internal advancements and company growth, Weinbrenner Shoe Company is looking for motivated candidates for the Human Resource Coordinator position. Under the direction of the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Coordinator supports day-to-day processes related to recruitment, hiring, selection, and onboarding.

In this specific role, some expectations include:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes in factory environment
    • Review applicants and screen candidates
    • Schedule interviews and job shadows
    • Draft offer letters
    • Arrange pre-employment drug screening
    • Partner with HR Generalist or Manager to guide and support managers in hiring decisions
    • Maintain job postings, in partnership with Marketing
  • Work with HR Generalist or Manager on recruitment efforts, including job fairs
  • Coordinate new hire processes and collaborate with HR Team and Payroll to assure timely completion of new hire paperwork
  • Lead new hire orientation
  • Greet employees and visitors entering the Human Resources office
  • Assist with special events and projects

Required Qualifications:

Candidates interested in the role must have experience with the below.

  • Completed or working towards completing education equivalent to an Associate Degree in a business or HR -related field; or general knowledge and at least 2 years in an office setting working in an HR field or one closely related.
