Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your expertise in food preparation and handling will contribute to the overall success of our dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all dietary department guidelines and restrictions
- Assist with the training of new kitchen staff members

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Experience working in the food industry, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proficient in food preparation techniques, including knife skills
- Culinary creativity and ability to contribute to menu planning
