Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scheduler. As a Medical Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by efficiently scheduling patient appointments and providing exceptional customer service.

Great service starts from the beginning and continues until our Wee little ones leave our office. Most importantly, we focus on providing a positive, fun and unique experience for our patients. Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments using our electronic scheduling system (Tebra)
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper allocation of resources and time slots
- Verify patient insurance information and update patient records as necessary
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general information
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
