The Director - Digital Channels, Info Reporting, Commercial & BaaS Products will manage a team that supports the enterprise to drive the Digital Online Banking Channels (Web, Mobile, File Delivery, & API), Information Reporting products, Commercial & BaaS Products and vision, positioning, and to deliver reliable, competitive, and innovative solutions across the enterprise. This position will support the unit by maximizing and realizing sales revenues, expanding market share, and increasing profit margins, while supporting the bank's strategic goals. 

SPECIFIC JOB RELATED EDUCATION & SKILLS

1. Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
2. In depth knowledge and understanding of Information Reporting especially Balance and Transaction Reporting, and the Web, Mobile, File Delivery, & API Channels is required.
3. Ability to effectively develop product requirements as well as Sales, Implementations/Service, Technology & Operations partners to deliver and support the Information Reporting and Digital Online Banking Channel solutions. An understanding of agile methodologies is preferred.
4. Understanding of product development, product life cycle, product profitability and associated regulatory and compliance guidelines. 
5. Strong business and financial analytical skills to conduct roadmap, profitability, and business case analysis on new and existing products.
6. Strong written and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to clients, senior management, or employees, and to contribute to industry publications.
7. Ability to effectively influence internal & external teams at all title & skill levels to deliver desired results.
8. Ability to embrace and represent the bank on innovative initiatives in support of emerging client focused and differentiating solutions. 
9. Excellent organization and planning skills.

EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management and Information Reporting and Digital Online Channels (including Web, Mobile, File Delivery & APIs).

2. Knowledge the FISERV digital online channel a plus.

3. Treasury Management/Commercial Banking experience required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
