We are looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic Product Development Team. In this position, you will report to the Director of R & D, and partner with marketing, the Director of Quality and Regulatory and members of the Product Development Team to bring new products to life.

You will formulate concepts and prototypes, determine manufacturing methods, coordinate manufacturing, facilitate trial production runs, write test protocols, and conduct validation of production runs. You will also estimate costs from start-up through production and maintain accurate documentation regarding design history.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Ability to work seamlessly with/through cross-functional teams.
  • Proven work experience (portfolio) as Product Designer.
  • Creative outside of the box thinker, with the ability to problem solve and understand user needs and goals.
  • Conduct, coordinate and aid in formal Process Validations including protocol development and execution.
  • Must have technical proficiency with machine learning and experience with CAD and/or Graphics Software.
  • Ensure new processes have adequately demonstrated specified process and test control capabilities, through being the Champion for PFMEA, DFM, DFT, DFSS, CAPA and NCR.
  • Assist with selection and qualification of new materials and suppliers, and work within cost and budget guidelines.

To be Considered you must possess the following qualifications:

Required Education: B.S. in Engineering

Required Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience; working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
