Webstaurantstore Inc., is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing company. This role focuses on technical communications with our customers and vendors and is a key part of growing our business and serving the needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements between business and development teams.
• Utilize SQL to query and analyze data from the backend systems.
• Work with mobile, C# WPF, and web components to understand technical aspects of the projects.

Successful Candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with mobile, C# WPF, and web technologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Team Foundation Server.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
