Job Summary:
The Front Desk 3pm-11pm at Tru by Hilton University Medical Center is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, while maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk during the evening shift. This is a part-time, hourly position that requires strong hospitality and restaurant experience. The role is located in Lexington, Kentucky and requires an individual who can work independently to ensure a positive and efficient guest experience. The compensation is $13.5 per hour and is paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and issue room keys
- Communicate with other departments to ensure guest requests are met in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns they may have during their stay
- Follow all Hilton and Tru brand standards and policies
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and businesses to assist guests with recommendations
- Support the team in ensuring a positive and enjoyable guest experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel software and computer systems
- Knowledge of Lexington, Kentucky and surrounding areas is a plus
