Marketing Project Manager
We are looking to add a Marketing Project Manager to our team. The ideal candidate brings digital marketing and project management experience to our seasoned marketing team. Our ideal team member is masterful in developing and executing social media paid and organic campaigns, has project management skills, and has event planning prowess. They are passionate about process documentation and operational efficiency. A self-starter attitude with the ability to bring clarity and vision into ambiguous situations.
About the WealthVest Marketing Team
You will be joining a full-service marketing team that supports our team of financial wholesalers. The marketing team at WealthVest consists of designers, Marketo/automation experts, content managers, editors, content developers, and product managers. We utilize some of the most exciting tools available in our MarTech Stack, including Salesforce.com, Marketo, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI (Drift). If you are a project management guru looking to join a team of creative, dedicated marketing pros in Bozeman, we would like to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Own and manage marketing projects to support and grow the WV brand
Develop and implement processes across the marketing team and across departments
Own and manage WealthVest’s digital marketing vendors: LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Squarespace and a few more
- Plan and implement over-the-top events WV hosts Nationwide
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, technology management, communication, business administration or similar field with preference for advanced degrees and education
Huge desire to learn and expand skill sets. The B2B marketing technology landscape is changing rapidly, and we all must learn to keep up.
Passion for process and documentation to drive operational efficiency
Strong communication skills, excellent collaboration and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to bring clarity and vision into ambiguous situations.
Loves bringing ideas to life leveraging technology and tools.
Strong data evaluation skills, with ability to extract and interpret data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
