Centre Sky Architecture is Hiring an Architectural Project Manager Near Bozeman, MT
Architectural PROJECT MANAGER | Bozeman, Montana: Centre Sky Architecture is a thriving architectural firm with an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious architect to join us in our Bozeman, MT office. Centre Sky has a wide range of experience in all types of mountain architecture and green architectural design. We are committed to providing the highest quality solutions for our clients through unique tailored designs executed with a strong emphasis on site integration and sustainable design. We are looking for an experienced architect that can work both independently and in a management position. Candidates need to have experience in custom residential and/or ranch architecture. In this position you will be responsible for project management that includes production of architectural drawings through 100% Construction Documents, design collaboration, coordination with design consultants, and interfacing with clients. Applicants should have strong leadership and communication skills along with a high level of organizational abilities to manage multiple projects through all phases of design and construction on time and within budget. - 6 years of experience with residential or ranch architecture and construction documents
- Proficiency in Revit is a MUST
- Management of projects and various stages of design
- Design collaboration
- Strong presentation, organization and client interaction skills
- Construction document production
- Strong knowledge of building codes, structures, systems, and project type standards
- Coordination with consultants, design and documentation
- Wage DOE
