Studio Partner Opportunity:
We are currently in search of a Studio Partner to assume a pivotal role within a We Whiten studio. As a Studio Partner, you will act as an independent "owner," overseeing studio operations with a competitive base salary, an enticing bonus structure, and a share of the studio's profits distributed annually. This unique opportunity caters to individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, providing a platform to build a fulfilling career within a profit-sharing framework that values expertise and dedication. The Studio Partner will be responsible for implementing effective management strategies, executing marketing initiatives, showcasing consultative sales abilities, and upholding outstanding customer service standards to surpass performance benchmarks. This role necessitates a focus on driving studio sales and ensuring the studio's success within the market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of We Whiten treatments and retail products, exceeding predefined performance targets and enhancing the overall customer journey.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a hygienic and secure environment, and lead the team in resolving customer issues to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Act as the lead Whitening Specialist, setting clear expectations, delivering ongoing training and mentorship, and conducting regular performance evaluations to empower team members.
  • Manage operational aspects including inventory control, orders, and adherence to labor regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment where team members feel valued, achievements are acknowledged, and concerns are promptly addressed.

Roles and Duties:
Customer Service:

  • Foster a customer-centric ethos within the team.
  • Proactively tackle guest service issues and scheduling complexities.
  • Provide exemplary service and introduce clients to our teeth whitening products and treatment options.

Sales:

  • Lead as the primary Whitening Specialist, fostering a sales-driven culture.
  • Establish and achieve sales objectives by motivating the team and leading by example.
  • Provide training and guidance on product sales and treatment plans.

People:

  • Recruit and retain top talent.
  • Support team development and cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate expertise in teeth whitening procedures and mentor Whitening Specialists to surpass expectations.

Business Analytics:

  • Take ownership of business performance and reap the rewards of ownership.
  • Analyze trends and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Effectively communicate action plans and evaluate business performance.

Administrative:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks such as inventory management and payroll.
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Studio Partner for We Whiten will demonstrate a passion for sales, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities. They will be self-driven, prepared to work diligently to achieve results in their "own" business, and dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales and management experience in service or retail sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record as a revenue generator.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting with minimal oversight.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform various physical tasks.
  • Comfort with technology and computer usage.
  • Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs.

Personality/Other:

  • Confidence in skills and adaptability to varying schedules.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Possesses driven, accountable, and self-sufficient leadership qualities.
  • Previous experience in beauty industries such as med spas, esthetics, or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
