Studio Partner Role Summary

As a Studio Partner, you will act as an independent owner within our profit-sharing model, receiving a competitive base salary, a bonus plan, and a share of the location's annual profits. Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales of We Whiten treatments and products, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
• Operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain a safe environment, and resolve customer issues.
• Team Leadership: Serve as the primary Whitening Specialist, offering training and mentorship.
• Management: Handle inventory, orders, and compliance with labor laws.
• Workplace Culture: Foster a positive, fair, and supportive work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2 years in sales and management in service or retail industries.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven revenue generation.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, committed to exceptional guest experiences.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and perform various physical activities, including lifting up to 25lbs.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
