Studio Partner Opportunity:
We are currently in search of a Studio Partner to undertake a pivotal role within a We Whiten studio. As a Studio Partner, you'll act as an independent "owner," overseeing studio operations with a competitive base salary, an enticing bonus structure, and a share of annual profits. The Studio Partner will implement effective management strategies, employ marketing techniques, demonstrate consultative sales skills, and uphold exceptional customer service standards to exceed performance targets, ensuring the studio's success in the market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of We Whiten treatments and retail products, surpassing performance objectives and elevating the customer experience.
  • Supervise daily operations, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and lead the team in resolving customer issues to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Act as the primary Whitening Specialist, providing clear guidance, ongoing training, and performance evaluations to empower team members.
  • Manage operational aspects such as inventory, orders, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, performance is acknowledged, and concerns are addressed promptly and equitably.

Key Duties:
Customer Service:

  • Instill a customer-centric mindset within the team.
  • Proactively tackle guest service issues and scheduling conflicts.
  • Deliver outstanding service and introduce clients to our teeth whitening products and treatment options.

Sales:

  • Lead as the primary Whitening Specialist, fostering a sales-driven culture.
  • Establish and achieve sales targets by motivating the team and leading by example.
  • Provide training and guidance on product and treatment plan sales.

People:

  • Recruit and retain top talent.
  • Support team development and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate expertise in teeth whitening procedures and mentor Whitening Specialists to exceed expectations.

Business Analytics:

  • Take ownership of business performance and reap the rewards of ownership.
  • Analyze trends and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Effectively communicate action plans and evaluate business performance.

Administration:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks including inventory management and payroll.
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Studio Partner for We Whiten will demonstrate a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. They will be self-motivated, committed to achieving results in their "own" business, and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales and management experience in service or retail industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a revenue generator.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited oversight.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform various physical activities.
  • Comfort with technology and computer usage.
  • Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs.

Personality/Other:

  • Confidence in skills and ability to adapt to varying schedules.
  • Discretion with sensitive information.
  • Acceptance of constructive criticism.
  • Driven, accountable, and self-sufficient leadership qualities.
  • Previous experience in beauty industries such as med spas, esthetics, or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
