We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for answering phones calls, assisting customers in the shop, and managing inventory .
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers checking out
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Stock, organize & clean show room
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage shop projects
- Collaborate with management to meeting company goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
