POSITION SUMMARY

Will assist with the preparation and serving of food, cleaning dishes and the kitchen area. This position will be at our C street location. Full-time, 30 hours/week, from 7 am - 2 pm Monday-Friday. Needed only June through Mid/End of August. Food Service experience preferred.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with preparation of snacks for the child care center/program daily
• Clean working surfaces daily
• Wash and sanitize dishes, preparation and serving equipment

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, GED or in progress work toward same
• Food service experience preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Meet requirements on Waypoint/DHS Non-Law Enforcement Records Check
• Must have a valid drivers’ license as may need to help with deliveries and be insurable to meet the requirements of Waypoint’s insurance provider
