Job Summary:

Waynes Pest Control is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote customer loyalty. The Customer Loyalty Specialist plays a critical role in reducing churn, increasing customer lifetime value, and contributing to the company's growth.

Pay Structure:
Salary Commission Bonus
Typical earning potential of $55k , with top earners making $80k

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement

• Proactively reach out to existing customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, and emails.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

2. Issue Resolution:

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues effectively.

3. Upselling and Cross-Selling:

• Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Educate customers about the value of added services and products to increase revenue and enhance the customer's experience.

4. Customer Feedback:

• Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions to share with the management team for process improvement and product development.

5. Customer Loyalty Programs:

• Manage customer loyalty programs, incentives, and retention initiatives to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.

6. Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and service history, in the company's CRM system.

7. Reporting:

• Generate reports on customer retention, churn rates, and satisfaction levels to provide insights to the management team.

8. Training and Development:

• Stay informed about the pest control industry, Waynes Pest Control's services, and best practices in customer retention.
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus).
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or customer retention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• A genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the pest control industry is beneficial but not required.
