General Overview

The Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management services to support the goals and aspirations of an assigned group of members. The Advisor is responsible for building cohesive and trusting relationships with members. Partnering with other Waycrosse departments you will provide the knowledge and expertise required to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide comprehensive wealth management services
• Client meeting preparation and presentations
• Tax Planning
• Financial Reporting
• In partnership with the Insurance staff, provide comprehensive risk assessments to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• Master's degree in Business, Tax or Accounting preferred
• 10 years of experience in financial advisory, accounting, tax (individual and trust) or related field required
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity of information
• Demonstrated interpersonal ability to build strong relationships both individually and with small groups, which includes presentations and responding to a variety of inquiries.
