  • Leading the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve the business unit’s objectives and communicate product updates effectively to your team and other stakeholders.
You Thrive Here By Possessing the Following:
  • Have 3 years of experience in a software product development setting from conception to launch and growth. Not only do you have the product experience building a software product, but you also understand what is possible and feasible through software including in depth understanding of modern software engineering processes.
  • Have demonstrated the ability to bring clarity and ease of understanding to a complex domain. Your interest in the Fintech / Payments Industry has helped you build an understanding of the concepts and domain, too.
  • Use data to inform your decision-making. An analytical, metric-driven lens is critical to the success of all of our PMs at Wave.
  • Comfortable working with APIs and integrations. This includes researching third-party APIs and capabilities and mapping out plans for integration or evaluation of different technology options in close collaboration with the engineering teams.
  • Can build different types of narratives, with the communication skills to connect with Customers, Engineers, and other Wavers in meaningful ways.
  • With this in mind, you are able to understand and articulate customer problems and know how to translate them into solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders from initial planning through delivery.
  • Have worked in an agile software development environment
  • Experience with subscription billing systems and entitlement management, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with identity and access management a plus.
