**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in our dealership's success by overseeing all aspects of financing and insurance for vehicle purchases. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maximizing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the finance department, including training and supervising finance staff.

- Develop and implement financing strategies to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.

- Review and finalize financing and lease agreements with customers.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.

- Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions and insurance companies.

- Work closely with sales team to structure deals and secure financing options for customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.

- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. (Preferred)

- Previous experience in automotive finance, preferably in a management role.

- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products related to vehicle sales.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with finance and accounting software.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Fluent in Spanish

Pay: $122,705.00 - $130,340.00 per year
