The Role The Showroom Client Support Specialist at Waterworks manages the full lifecycle of client orders. In this role, you will work closely with our showroom sales team and our clients to manage multiple interior design project orders from pre order through shipping;
ensuring client's receive product when they need it and providing the luxury service experience expected from our brand.
You will also help with other showroom operational responsibilities that could include receiving / sending shipments, inventory transfers, processing refunds.

Requirements
$25 - $28 an hourWaterworks is committed to promoting pay equity. Rate of pay is determined based on each individual's experience, qualifications, and the geographic location of the role.

Waterworks may require physical requirements within its Showroom locations as follows : Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs.

Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing. Licensed to drive preferred.

reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, pull / push, climb and balance, and to be elevated up to 20 feet in the air on harnessed equipment.
The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 60 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 110 pounds with assistance from one other Associate and use of proper technique.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
