Waters Corporation is Hiring an Electrical Engineer II Near Castle, DE

Overview

This position as a Senior Electrical Development Engineer is an exciting opportunity within our TA Instruments R&D organization to create next generation, connected, materials characterization instrumentation.

Responsibilities

This position requires extensive experience in all aspects of electronics product development, experimental design, root cause analysis, and responsibility to share knowledge as a mentor to junior engineers. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be a key contributor as products progress through our new product development process to commercialization. This individual will be involved in cradle to grave product development as well as aspects of sustaining engineering. Responsibilities include:

  • Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Design
  • FPGA Design and Simulation
  • Analog Circuit Design and Simulation
  • System integration
  • Design for reliability and manufacturability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 5 Years Experience in Electrical Design and product development
  • Experience in DSP programming and FPGA design and simulation 
  • Experience in PCB design, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Prototype generation, proof of concept and system integration 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work on face paced, cross-functional team
