The Customer Service Representative should be a friendly, energetic, team player who is self-motivated and has a high degree of accuracy. The right candidates will easily multi-task while being detail oriented and organized. The Customer Service Representative must have excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Spanish. This dependable individual works well under pressure while handling customer service calls and reporting equipment malfunctions to field technicians.

As a member of our team the Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of service and must appreciate the high level of customer satisfaction we desire as an established and growing business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for handling customer service calls, refund requests through the 1-800 line and website and communicating to appropriate managers for follow-up.
• Track driving complaint calls and forward to appropriate managers for follow-up.
• Prepare operations department reports.
• Provide as-needed support to operations department personnel.
• Assist with Watermill Express compliance tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Excellent communication skills and phone ability.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft suite of products.
• Strong administrative organization and filing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Friendly.
• Ability to work required schedule.
• Acceptable work attendance to perform job.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

The position is Regular Full-Time. Hiring range is $10 - 11 hourly, depending on experience. We offer medical, dental, 401(k) with company match and more.
