ABOUT US:
Watergate at Landmark (WAL) is a luxury high-rise condominium community in Alexandria’s West End. WAL seeks a Part-time Resident Service Representative (Customer Service) to assist with general customer services in a residential community, serving over 4,000 residents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to communicate effectively and courteously with residents, guests, management, and co-workers, both orally and in writing.
· A high level of dependability is a must.
· The candidate must be able to present a professional demeanor and appearance.
· The candidate must demonstrate the ability to use a personal computer with basic MS Office software.
· Must be able to apply association rules and regulations while adhering to the procedures with consistency and fairness.
· This position and department are considered “essential personnel” in times of severe weather (snow) or other emergencies.
· Multilingual skills are a plus.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous 1-2 years of experience in residential property management preferred.
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
· Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
· Candidates must be able to work on the following days and times:
Fridays, 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
DUTIES: Includes but not limited to the following.
·· Handle inbound and outbound resident calls professionally and courteously.
· Assisting residents with general inquiries, including new residents with IDs, FOB access, amenity passes, and parking passes, and serving as a backup for move-ins-out scheduling coordination.
· Assisting residents with property unit issues, and referring them to the appropriate department
· Posting notices throughout the property,
· Enforcement of Bylaws, rules, and regulations and reporting to supervisor for violations.
· Data entry for annual re-registration
· Respond to emergencies and assist as needed
· Other duties as assigned.
