Wastequip is Hiring a Production Assistant Near Ontario, CA
Hourly rate range: $23.85 - $25.00 (based on experience)
Responsibilities include:
- Manage material orders based off the production schedule
- Communicates with buyers/vendors on questions regarding materials, deliveries, etc…
- Review/Release orders to production floor
- Communicates issues between production and sales and follow until they’re resolved
- Maintain production spreadsheets up to date to maintain accuracy of orders/materials
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Customer service oriented and excellent communications skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of MRP/ERP System (BAP)
- Prior experience with process improvement and lean tools desired.
- Microsoft office experience (Excel, Word)
