Role Summary: The Production Utility Operator's primary role is to ensure the final product leaves the machine floor and is transferred to the Shipping Department with the correct size and labeling identified. The Production Utility Operator also assists other Operators in upset conditions as needed in safe, reliable, and efficient manner.

Hiring Process
Working conditions: paper mill environment (out of the elements but not temperature-controlled), 80-90 degrees in winter months, up to 105 degrees in summer months
Physical requirements:
Schedule: The schedule for this position is a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Most shifts are 12 hours. In a 28-day rotating schedule, employees work 15 days and have 13 days off.

Pay Transparency: The starting hourly rate for this opportunity is $22.22 per hour. Other rewards may include quarterly bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance.
