Position Title: Fiber Administrator

Location: Ontario, California

Summary: The Fiber Administrator will perform day-to-day transactions including the daily inventory report, data entry and scale ticket process. This position will serve as back-up to Accounts Payable, Freight Administrator and Scale, as necessary.

Position Focus & Opportunity:

• Complete and distribute daily inventory report
• Collect Scale Tickets and paperwork from previous day and identify any discrepancies between the Bill of Lading and Scale ticket to ensure Freight is accurate. Send daily freight confirmation to Recycling and Accounting.
• Approve in SMS after verification process is complete
• Enter/update inbound freight rates
• Assist with appointments, discrepancies and process changes
• Support/assist Recycling and trucking companies with questions and freight payment discrepancies
• Update rejects log daily and match invoices for landfill charges monthly
• Manage Chain of Custody Certification Process
• Complete monthly reports
• Assist with testing and implementation for new software versions
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• 2 years Accounts Payable experience, including experience with statement reconciliation
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong work ethic, reliable and works well independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize work and communicate well with others
• Manufacturing or Recycling experience a plus
• English and Spanish speaking a plus

Pay Transparency: The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $22-$28 per hour. Other rewards may include quarterly bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance.
