Responsible for monitoring timely accounts receivable payments and pursuing collections on accounts or customers that are delinquent on payment.

• Performs various data entry work to maintain proper account information and records.
• Generate reports showing status of existing accounts payment status and days delinquent.
• Process customer receivables for walk-ins and or call-in request.
• Follow the collections process and execute collections actions appropriately (mail, email, phone, etc.)
• Document contact with customers including all appropriate key information within applicable systems (spreadsheets, Tower, Accounting System).
• Prepare receipts and documentation for accounting and bank deposits.
• Maintain all accounts receivable reports and files.
• Print reports to support analysis and accounting practices.
• Assist with general administrative needs as assigned.
• Performs all functions in accordance with the Yes I Can philosophy; provides support, backup and training and performs work of other positions, as qualified. When needed, performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
