Donatech is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst Near Westfield, IN
US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for recording customer invoices accurately and promptly. You will create, update, and reconcile accounts using applicable systems. You will prepare routine reports based on customer requirements. You may provide verification of payment to customers and others as needed. You will possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. You will work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
Manage daily invoicing
Research and resolve value discrepancies
Interface with customers, financial services, and Operations personnel
Additional Job Requirements: We operate in a hybrid environment. In office days are required weekly. Remote capability is a requirement.
