The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry. In addition, they assign work to employees daily to ensure hotel guest rooms, public space, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. The Housekeeping Manager completes inspections and updates room status upon completion of inspection. In addition, they assist the General Manager in ensuring all Brand and Company standards are met and optimum service is provided to our guests.
