Job Summary

The Hotel Shuttle Driver is expected to work as a valued member of the Hotel Division. This job will primarily consist of local vehicle operations transporting guests safely and professionally to various destinations. This is an ideal job for someone looking for part time hours and flexibility.

Essential Job Functions and Performance Indicators

Job Knowledge and Responsibilities

• Transporting passengers throughout Missouri and occasionally the Midwest.
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
• Technical ability to provide general upkeep and maintenance of company-owned shuttle bus.

Service Orientation

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entirety of the trip.
• Ability to prepare for pre-trip including stocking the shuttle bus with refreshments.
• Ability to conduct thorough post-trip including light cleaning and organization.Communication, Collaboration, and Teamwork
• Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.

Planning, Organizing, and Accountability

• Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Report defects, accidents or violations.
• Coordinate with passengers to ensure timely pickup and drop off at each desired location.

Initiative, Problem-Solving, and Decision Making

• Maintain and protect all property in excellent condition.

Support the Mission of Warrenton Oil Company

• Advise the Company of any actions/situations that pose a threat to any employee, customer, or guest.
• Observe safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.

Job may require other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year proven work experience as a professional driver.
• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Valid driver’s license
