**What youll do:**

* Provide strategic guidance to the VP of CX as well as the CX leadership teamso we can achieve our goals and cultivate a productive, innovative, and inclusive work environment

* Partner with colleagues across the People team to deploy HR programs and initiatives that support the employee lifecycle for our CX team

* Directly support our CX team with foresight and compassion, offering feedback and advice that aligns with our core values

* Making development-related recommendations and implement appropriate solutions

* Anticipate and proactively manage areas of change in order to mitigate risk and avoid escalation

* Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Operations team to inform solutions, and any changes to programs or policies

* Serve as a subject-matter expert for employee-related questions related to time and attendance, leaves of absence, disciplinary actions, terminations, and more

* Investigate workplace issues and promote positive employee relations in partnership with the Legal team (as needed)

**Who you are:**

* Backed by 4 years of HR experience, including managing a non-exempt hourly workforce, ideally in Customer Experience

* An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment

* A calm and confident leader, even (or especially!) when managing through ambiguity

* A clear, effective communicator whos comfortable speaking with coworkers at all levels of the organization

* A natural team player who can work effectively with managers and partners, on-site or remotely

* Ableand excited!to travel at least 30% of the time to various Warby Parker locations and off-site meetings

* Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

**What youll do:**

Provide strategic guidance to the SVP of Operationsas well as the CX and Manufacturing leadership teamsso we can achieve our goals and cultivate a productive, innovative, and inclusive work environment

Partner with colleagues across the People team to deploy HR programs and initiatives that support the employee lifecycle for our CX and lab teams

Directly support our CX team with foresight and compassion, offering feedback and advice that aligns with our core values

Making development-related recommendations and implement appropriate solutions

Anticipate and proactively manage areas of change in order to mitigate risk and avoid escalation

Manage a direct report who supports our optical lab teams, serving as a support when issues need to be escalated

* Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Operations team to develop solutions, programs, and policies

* Direct our approaches to organizational design so that we can leverage staffing and talent needs and drive succession planning

* Serve as a subject-matter expert for employee-related questions related to time and attendance, leaves of absence, disciplinary actions, terminations, and more

* Investigate workplace issues and promote positive employee relations in partnership with the Legal team (as needed)
