SUMMARY:
Wantable is seeking an experienced full-time Product Manager to join our talented Engineering team in Milwaukee, WI! This is a unique opportunity to not only take ownership of software products, but also get hands-on with projects by helping to deliver impactful results to customers and internal teams. In this role you will work cross-functionally to guide products and projects from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down complex problems into manageable steps that drive product and feature development.
Some example projects that you could find yourself working on could be integrating new payment processing services, building new customer communication flows, enhancing our warehouse and inventory management tools, or improving various UI touch points within our expanding customer journey.

Qualified candidates will need to influence people across the organization, create win-win solutions and push the boundaries of innovation at Wantable. We’re looking for someone who can thrive at managing complex initiatives across numerous business channels, create certainty out of vague requirements, while maintaining a firm grasp over the operational, strategic, and technical vision of the product. A successful candidate will be perceptive, resourceful and will have an ability to innovate while ensuring the customer has a seat at the table for every product conversation. Remote / In-Office requirements:
This position can be partially remote or considered hybrid; however, some mandatory meetings and events will need to be scheduled in person at our Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI as directed by your supervisor.
Core operations, meetings, and work is primarily done during standard business hours M-F central standard time, but this role requires flexibility for night/weekend adjustments or assistance when needed.
