Walters, Balido & Crain is actively looking to recruit an on-site Case-Related Accounts Payable Processor for our Dallas office. In this role, you will be responsible for processing case-related vendor invoices in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Responsibilities/Duties will include, but is not limited to:

• Management of the case-related vendor invoices inbox for incoming invoices;
• Review of vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing;
• Investigating invoice discrepancies within internal system;
• Follow-ups on all customer-aging invoices;
• Communicating with both internal team members and respective clients;
• Reconciliation of vendor statements;
• Research of and correction of any discrepancies;
• Saving all invoices and related support electronically in compliance with record retention policies;
• Responding to all inquiries in a timely, professional, and efficient manner;
• Resolving AP inquiries from internal/external clients;
• Assisting billing/accounting team as necessary; and
• Performing other duties as assigned by Billing Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High school or equivalent
• Proficient in data entry
• Manage tight deadlines and fast paced environment
• Ability to initiate and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Detail and solution oriented.
• Self-starter, results driven and dependable.
• Thrives in an environment where data reconciliation is critical and time is of the essence with aging invoices
• Ability to accept and adapt to company and departmental changes
