**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism

- Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Coordinate projects and support project management activities

- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions

- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues

- Processing and sending of monthly client mailings

- Processing of client tax returns and information

- Greets scheduled & walk-in visitors and directs to appropriate area or person

- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette

- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments

- Efficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain calendars

- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
