We are a well-established, full service staffing agency in Ann Arbor looking to add an energetic, detail-oriented individual to fill a Staffing Coordinator role. You would be responsible for identifying and matching qualified candidates to a wide range of our job opportunities and then managing employees after they are placed on the job. This position offers room for growth as well as an excellent benefits package!Responsibilities:Screen and interview potential candidates for clerical, light industrial and technical rolesProvide timely feedback and follow up to clients regarding their staffing needsAdminister assessments to identify specific skills in potential candidatesProvide coaching and counselling to employees to ensure they are successfulBuild and maintain successful client relationshipsOther duties as neededQualified candidates will have a Bachelor degree in Business or a related field, outstanding communication skills and proven working experience in a professional environment. You must also be able to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency. Strong data entry and MS Office skills also required.
