Position Overview:

Speedy Concrete Cutting, Inc., the largest and most respected concrete sawing and drilling contractor in the Southeast, is currently seeking a full time Risk Control Administrator/Specialist at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This Human Resources partner will work closely with our field safety experts to reduce safety exposure, expedite claims processing, and ensure the best medical care solutions for our employees. We are a proud member of the Affinity Captive Insurance program, and this individual will also work to ensure the security and continued growth of our captive assets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction worker’s compensation, general, and auto liability claims and case management.
• A history of claims exposure and cost mitigation through effective dealings with insurance carriers and claims adjusters.
• A familiarity with risk management and effective safety programs in construction.
• A passion for workplace safety and positively impacting in the lives of others and their families.
