Set and track sales targets for the team and individual team members. Work towards meeting or exceeding these targets.
Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve optimal results.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to business objectives.
Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Assist HR Department with recruiting new sales team members.
Conduct performance assessments for sales team members, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Salary plus commision Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Four or more years of sales experience.
Excellent communications skills.
Positive team player.
Ability to meet established deadlines.
Two or more years with direct supervisory responsibilities for other team members.
Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
