Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Coordinator. As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and concerns. This position is located in Foxborough, MA and requires proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

The key focus of the Customer Relationship Coordinator is to qualify, nurture, and follow-through on inbound leads to ensure the best possible experience for our residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport, understand needs, and coordinate sales efforts to address those needs.

Job Duties

· Identify and qualify new opportunities through incoming calls, email, and online inquiries.

· Prioritize sales opportunities and set up appointments with Design Consultants.

· Support and track sales efforts through Salesforce CRM system.

· Assist Design Consultants in servicing prospects and closing sales.

· Work closely with homeowners, landscape architects, designers, and contractors to assess project opportunities and determine appropriate product offering.

· Answer customers’ questions, resolve their concerns and provide additional information via calls and email.

· Maintain and improve Salesforce database of leads and accounts

· Keep up to date with product knowledge

· Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

· 3-5 years of inside sales, customer service or equivalent skillset

· Prior experience in B2C setting preferred

· Professional aptitude with good problem solving analytical, and interpersonal skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of Windows Applications (Microsoft, Word, Excel)

· Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM technology

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Detail oriented and ability to multi-task

· Experience working with phones and handling multiple calls and emails daily

· Strong follow up skill
