Description

SUMMARY: The Customer Service Coordinator will provide administrative support and coordinate various aspects of the Customer Service Department in support of members to including CRM activities, ticketing, payments, communication, parking, package fulfillment, storage, inventory, and business operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide excellent customer service to members including timely response and follow-up on open items.
  2.  Assist with effective utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to include creating campaigns, reports and event/amenity tracking processes.
  3. Assist with payment submission and updating payment plans in the Archtics ticketing system and other assigned ticket office related tasks.
  4. Track accounts with failed payments via credit card declines and contact member to facilitate payment.
  5. Coordinate and execute Customer Service department communication campaigns and mailings including but not limited to emails, surveys, instructions to Season Members, Package Holders, and other ticket holder groups.
  6. Fulfill all departmental Season Member and Package Holder printed and digital parking passes.
  7. Effectively resolve any customer complaint brought to your attention
  8. Maintain a positive image, brand, and reputation of the organization
  9. Maintain the storage and inventory of all ticket package fulfillment items, t-shirts, departmental matchday signage and autographed items
  10. Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor on the phone and in person
  • Self-starter that is results oriented
  • Manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Highly computer proficient and skilled working with MS Office, CRM software, and ticketing applications
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
