We are currently seeking a Customer Service Clerk I/Runner for our fast-paced Optical Lab located in Omaha, NE. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team!
Job Summary
1st shift - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Perform a variety of customer service responsibilities such as: running reports, tracking orders, expediting orders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft teams to communicate within our branch and with other Walman branches.
- Run reports on late and promised jobs.
- Monitor and expedite the late and promised jobs.
- Work with all departments to ensure these jobs are processed and sent out in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, plus one year of relevant work experience
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Accurate Data entry
- Ability to meet and maintain deadlines
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ophthalmic and/or Digital Vision Inc. (DVI) Systems Software experience a plus, not required
