**Description**

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Responsible for processing customer (external and internal) transactions in an accurate and professional manner.

- Ability to develop customer relationships that provide the opportunity to share product knowledge and services in a professional manner resulting in product delivery or referral.

- Exhibits computer proficiency in completing customer banking transactions.

- Performs operational processes to complete banking transactions.

- Compliance with regulatory rules and regulations, evidenced through successful completion of training and demonstrated ability. Topics include, but are not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), etc.

- Actively participates in sales programs as assigned by management and cross?sell additional products and services to new and existing customers to enhance account relationships.

- Establishes a good image for the Bank by maintaining professional at all times.

- Assists other staff as needed and performs other duties as awarded by management.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

**REASONING ABILITY**Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**Valid drivers license will be required if requested to travel for this position; Bilingual skills helpful.
