Wall Street Income Tax is Hiring an Assistant Office Manager Near Pasadena, TX

Financial Services Business looking for a numbers oriented help. Will train in relevant aspects of the business. Applicant must be disciplined and responsible with a strong desire to learn. Experienced in Income Tax preparation is a must. Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Insurance will be helpful. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point), use of QuickBooks and Internet.

Working Environment is very hands on. Applicant will train for long term position eventually leading to Office Lead position. Applicant must be motivated to excel.

Applicant must be able to take instructions and follow office policy and procedures. Applicant must be able to understand and respect various laws that govern this industry. Applicant must be a team player and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. Applicant must be mature, responsible, professional, and bondable. Bi-lingual with Fluent English and Fluent Spanish is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
