Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. As a Finance & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the financing and insurance process. Your expertise in dealership operations, automotive sales, and financial services will be essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in securing financing options for vehicle purchases
- Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers
- Review credit applications and determine appropriate financing solutions
- Collaborate with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and terms
- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing contracts
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and disclosure requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from vehicle selection to financing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial services, loan officer experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in basic math calculations and 10-key typing
- Familiarity with title processing procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
