- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Manage the general ledger accounting process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by maintaining proper documentation and submitting required filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Accepted but not required.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices.
- Proficient in financial report writing and analysis.
- Experience in risk analysis and developing risk management strategies.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including general ledger accounting, accrual accounting, and financial accounting.
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.
- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices and regulations.
