```Responsibilities:```
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with bussing tables and removing dirty dishes from dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including countertops, floors, and equipment
- Follow proper sanitation procedures and health department regulations
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
