Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
- Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation as needed, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down countertops, and organizing storage areas
- Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly
- Assist the kitchen staff with various tasks as requested

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a banquet, hotel, catering, or restaurant kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
