As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple project teams to successful completion of new product launches. In this role, you will work on a variety of goals performing tasks related to resource management, project accounting/finance, project planning, and internal project reporting/administration. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with both internal and external clients, engage in project control, and own project communication.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assume leadership of cross functional teams to drive results that align with strategic company goals
• Work with sales, marketing, and business development managers to help build knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, objectives, and needs
• Define skill sets (competencies) required for team members based on project specifications and requirements
• Determine other resource requirements (including staffing, software, hardware, and facilities) of projects, based on project needs and specifications
• Will analyze project profitability, margins, understand our basic revenue models, pricing, and billing procedures and makes decisions accordingly.
• Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.
• Manages the project budget
• Manage scope creep through meetings, internal change orders, or other methods to help ensure projects deliver on timeline, scope, budget and strategy expectations.
• Evaluate key deliverables & final product to ensure traceability of requirements, high quality and customer/client acceptance.
