As a Field Service Engineer, you will work on a variety of commercial and technical issues both independently and with a team. Activities include, but are not limited to, the development of repair methodology, creation of technical repair documents, education of internal/external customers on repair techniques as well as representing Wabash as a Subject Matter Expert in the field of repair and maintenance of advanced design and materials. This position involves travel up to 85% of time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Utilize blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other technical documents to troubleshoot and repair vehicles
• Create, validate, and document repair methodology
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution, and follow-up to drive customer satisfaction
• Acquire and communicate in field knowledge related to product quality and customer experiences
• Assist Engineering to diagnose and eliminate problems in operations and maintenance using data trends seen at customer locations
• Introduce products to customers for additional sales opportunities
