Construction Services
SHIFT: Full Time 40 hours, 7am - 3:30pm
Starting rate: $22.00/hr. ($22.00 - $25.50/hr., dependent upon experience.
The McGuire Group Corporate Center in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Construction Services worker for our WNY facilities.
Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid New York State driver's license; ability to travel to facilities throughout the area
• Basic troubleshooting and resolution skills
• Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and flooring experience
• Able to work with tools, ladders, and maintenance supplies as directed
• Able to work under minimum supervision while cooperating with departmental heads and other staff members
• Problem-solving skills in maintenance requests
• Good physical strength for heavy lifting and other related tasks
• Ability to read and understand work assignments, as well as report verbally and provide written documentation as necessary
• Qualities of responsibility, diplomacy, and a keen sense of direction
