Mesquite ISD is Hiring a Construction Services Cabinet Maker Near Mesquite, TX

Description:

Mesquite Independent School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Cabinetmaker in the Construction Services Department. The appointee will report directly to the Construction Services-Casework Supervisor and will be responsible for the construction and installation of casework throughout the district.

Qualifications:

The Cabinetmaker will have a High School Diploma or equivalent. The appointee must have a valid Texas drivers license and meet eligibility requirements to operate a Mesquite ISD vehicle.

Preference will be given to applicants who:

have successful work experience in cabinet making, installation and general carpentry.
demonstrate an understanding of building mechanics and skilled in the use of job related tools.
have the ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, schematic and schedule form.
demonstrate effective communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
have a service oriented personality.

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the administration may find appropriate and acceptable.
