Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Product Lister, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms including Shopify eBay, Walmart, and Etsy

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock availability

- Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues

-Create RMA's and process returns for the customers

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging product descriptions and visuals

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills)

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred

- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing, discounts, and promotions

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
